My computer decided it was sick of everything on it and wasn't going to work anymore. Well, not really, but it did decide that the only time it was going to work was when it was in Safe Mode. Which was good, because I could get everything off that I needed but, Safe Mode is not fun. But after talking with at least 4 different people, and a week and a half of being down, it finally works. Here is some highlights of things while I was gone.
- We successfully gave two cats and a dog a bath. The dog was not difficult, and we even got help from the kids on that. The cats on the other hand, ha, we did them in the kitchen sink and I wish we had an extra hand to take pictures.
- Despite what I thought in the School Update post Kaylie is doing WONDERFUL!!! I went and spoke with her teachers and they said she is doing great, and have not had a problem with her. I have since seen lots of improvement, especially the last few weeks including starting to read, and spelling out words (which both she is really into).
- Chases birthday went great for a three year old. You would never believe how excited he was about his cards, I think he like those just as much as the gifts. Anyway, He found out a few months ago that Kaylie had HER 3rd birthday at Chuck E Cheese, so that is all he has talked about. So, we took him there for his birthday lunch.
- Kaylie has us extremely busy with Cheerleading with practice Mondays and then games on Thursdays and Saturday, and then Church Wednesday nights, you pretty much have a full week.
Watching the football players.
You did think Chase would sit on the sidelines and do nothing during Kaylies games did you??
- Here are just some pictures of what we have been up to.
Their imaginations at work. Not sure if you can tell by the pictures, but Chase is playing
drums (books and markers), and Kaylie is singing (using marker).
She LOVES this its a rope you hang on and go from one side to the other!
Did think Chase would be OK, with Kaylie going on the rope and not him. HA!!! Anything sissy does he wants to too! Heck, even I went on the rope!
