Life has been good. I have been addicted to the Olympics at night and staying up late, which doesn't make waking up for work easy, but it will be over soon. Here is what we have been up to with pictures!
Kaylie Ready for her first day of Pre-K
Getting Picked up her First Day of School
The lady on the left the left holding the clipboard is Mrs. Connie, one of her teachers.
Kaylie is LOVING school and her teachers. The first day she came home and was so excited that she got to sleep at school, she actually talks about that everyday, saying they use their special sleep spray. :) She also like Mrs. Connies special bell that tells them when to clean up (I may have to borrow her bell!). Kaylie has made some great friends in her class already and doesn't stop talking about them. One is Sidney, and the other is Payton. Payton, she met before school started because they are on the same cheerleading squad, but they also sit together on the bus. Kaylies first bus ride Monday went great, but someone "spit up" and it smelled, so she had to plug her nose. All in all, Kaylies transition to school has gone great. She is starting to miss her daddy time, but that is something they both have to get used to, until Jeff gets on first shift (which I don't see happening until after the economy picks back up). Mornings have been harder for me, since I have to get two ready, but it really has not been too difficult, I just haven't been leaving when I should.
Kaylie, continues to have Cheerleading practice weekly, which is going great. We still do not have a schedule of the games, I was talking with a lady who has a son playing football, and they don't have their schedule either! Anyone want Krispy Kreme??? Just email me. :)
Kaylie and Chase will both be baptised on Sept. 7th at Bethlehem First United Methodist Church, during the 11am service. I am excited and cant wait!
I did add some pictures I had taken at the end of July along with the FEW I have from August. Hope everyone is having a great week so far, and I will leave you this that Chase has said quite a few times this week.
QUOTE OF THE WEEK
