Just Imagine

Kaylie & Chase's imagination has really taken off the last few weeks!! At least I have noticed it more, maybe because of being outside and able to explore more. Here are some examples I have noticed lately.

• Most of the time, they are playing house. One of them is the baby and the other is the mom/dad. Or even sometimes they will get a baby doll, and both be mom and dad to the baby. I have been confused a few times when Chase calls Mama, but he sets me straight by saying "no, sissy is the mama, I the baby!"
• They also play house by themselves. The other day while we were over at Granny & Papas house Chase put in his car and took them to the park. He informed us that he had 5 kids, 3 boys. At one point he even put his kids in timeout for not listening, and gave them a spanking! Following Chase, Kaylie also took her 14 kids to the park! Luckily, all the 19 kids stayed at Granny & Papas house when it was time to go home! :)
  
• You can find them playing McDonalds drive-thru. One of them will get in our car and will drive to the other person and order what they want. Then they will get to the next window and get the food and give the money.
• Then they have bikes that take gas. I sit up at the street and watch them ride their bikes, so I end up being the gas station. In my opinion they do not get very good gas mileage, they will ride from our neighbors mailbox to the cul-de-sac twice then need to fill up. They come to me and put my finger where the gas goes, tell me what color they want, then they tell me I have to say "blup, blup, blup" (sound of gas going in), ask me how much, give me money and off they go, till they need to fill up again.
• They will also go around acting like cats, dogs, frogs, and tigers. You can never know which one they are until they start meowing, barking, growling. Kaylie will even come up and want to be petted like the animals.
