Summer is now in full swing and I am exhausted!!! Yes, I do work during the day so it shouldn’t affect me too much, but the later the kids stay up, the later I have been staying up!
Jeff is doing a wonderful job at keeping them active during the day with going to the library, movies, playing in the pool, the park (playground and fish), bowling, and even to jumpy places. I am so glad they have summer rates on things!! They also have Summer Camp to go to few weeks this summer at our church. I need to try to convince Jeff to take pictures of them during the day so I can post them!!
Kaylie and Chase both LOVE the pool this year! Kaylie is swimming all over the place, and is extremely excited she can stand up, she still uses a float ring, but mainly when she wants to jump in the pool herself or to relax. Chase stays in his float ring, and swims all over by himself, his favorite is jumping in and seeing if he can touch the bottom, he did it a few times and was so proud of himself.
Right now we are in the middle of Vacation Bible School-Camp E.D.G.E at our church. Kaylie and Chase are in their classes and Jeff and I are volunteering. Its so fun to have them come home and sign and dance and be able to tell us what they learned!
Over all our summer is going great! Hope yours is too!
